Thank you for redesigning my home to look so fresh, warm and inviting! What a transformation – especially the living room! The arrangement was lovely and I am very impressed that you were able to accentuate the best features in each room using things I already had! You truly have a knack. Having Kristy & her team redesign my space was by far, my best decision of 2012. They did an exceptional job and in the end, saved me a TON of money. Prior to their visit - I had been sure that the only way to really fix my place was to buy new furniture. I just couldn’t see how the pieces I already had could possibly be used. I had been seriously scouting out new dining room and living room furniture, before Kristy’s magic touch.
“All I can say is WOW. I could not wait to get home Friday night and when I did I was very impressed with what your team did. I loved the arrangement of the sitting/dinning room, especially the dining room cabinet, they certainly arranged it very nicely. The family room was also done nicely, the move of the movie bookshelf made a tremendous difference to the room. Still trying to get use to the fireplace mantel, I think because all I am use to seeing is pictures on it. What I did notice last night when I finally was able to relax a bit, that the room felt very comfortable.
Not only did Kristy and her team redesign my house to both optimize space AND
enhance the look of the pieces I already owned, they found a way to showcase pieces that I had forgotten about or had shoved into corners. Now, I not only walk into my house feeling proud of how beautifully everything is laid out, I also feel more peaceful because there is no clutter. I can also rest easier knowing that I haven’t just spent thousands of dollars to re-furnish my home!
Finally, and this is key, I need to mention functionality. My house is small and all the space we have, we use. Kristy’s eye for layout and design includes an eye for functionality. All the space we used before is still available to us. In fact – our house feels even bigger now.

Staging
Hi Kristy, I wanted to let you know we sold the house Friday night! Only 2 days on the market, and almost full asking price (which is amazing especially considering the downturn in the real estate market)! Thanks for your help.
